INSULATED ROOF
Insulated Laminated Roof Panels (LRP) are manufactured with high-density expanded polystyrene cores (EPS) uniformly bonded between two heavy-gauge textured aluminum skins. The resulting one-piece insulated panel system creates a patio cover with superior strength, long-term durability, high-performance insulating characteristics, and a pleasing aesthetic shade structure to enhance your outdoor living area.
Our Insulated Roof Panel creates a thermal barrier system that will not radiate heat, which is standard on "single-skin" or non-insulated patio covers. Our Insulated Roof Panels reduce the loud sounds of heavy rain and hail. This sound absorption is uncommon with "single-skin" or non-insulated patio cover systems. Embossed ceiling panels, setback beams, and posts give this high-performance patio the look and texture of natural wood without the maintenance and other problems associated with wood patio structures.
OPTIONAL NATURAL LIGHT SYSTEM
Enhance your screen room with our Natural Light System. Our system is easily attached to our Insulated and Laminated Roof Panels, utilizing the exact patented locking mechanism. These light panels are constructed from a rigid, multiwall polycarbonate material that is virtually unbreakable.
These self-supporting lightweight panels are 88 percent lighter than glass panels and require no additional structural support. A light panel is also thermally efficient and provides as much as 60 percent more thermal insulation than glass. Protect your furnishings from harmful UV rays as the panels illuminate your living area while diffusing the damaging effects of nature's light.
LEAF GUARDS
Vinyl Leaf Guards are a standard feature on our screen rooms to keep leaves and other debris from clogging gutters and downspouts. The flat top-side surface of the patio cover roof allows leaves and other debris to simply blow off, keeping your shade cover clean and clear of potential clogging often associated with the top side of "single-skin" or non-insulated patio covers.
